Fovea analyzes the timing and visual content of your images to automatically stack similar shots.

  • Scene View: Toggle this mode to see only one thumbnail per scene, instantly reducing a 10,000-image gallery to a few hundred decisions.
  • Expanded View: At any time, you can “dive in” to a scene to see every frame in that specific sequence.

Not all frames in a burst are equal. Fovea’s AI analyzes the entire stack and suggests the strongest shot based on:

  • Technical sharpness.
  • Eye focus.
  • Compositional balance.

The top suggestion is marked with a Crown icon, allowing you to pick the winner with a single glance.

Promoting Your Own

While the AI provides a head start, you remain the editor. You can easily promote any frame to the “Top of Stack” manually, making it the primary representative for that scene.
