Thank you for purchasing Fovea. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refund Window

We offer a 48-hour refund window from the time of payment. If you are not satisfied with Fovea for any reason, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your original purchase by contacting us at [email protected].

After the 48-hour window has passed, refunds are no longer available.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal link included in your purchase receipt email.

Cancelling a subscription mid-cycle does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. When you cancel, your access to Fovea will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual). After that, your license will no longer validate.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime licenses are subject to the same 48-hour refund window. Once the 48-hour period has elapsed, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 48-hour window:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your order number or the email address used during purchase
  3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days
